Profile:

Philip Jen is a Project Manager for Project Navigator, Ltd., and joined the company’s Houston office in September 2007. Prior to joining Project Navigator, he worked with the United States Geological Survey conducting hydrologic studies in North Carolina and assisting the National Water-Quality Assessment Program.

Philip has a B.S. in Environmental Science (Geology Concentration) from North Carolina State University, Raleigh.
