Currently, remedial construction is coming to a close at the Waste Disposal Site (WDI) in Santa Fe Springs, CA. PNL continues to oversee this process as the project coordinator and has been instrumental to the success of the project.

PNL continues to work as the RPs Project Coordinator at the Ascon site as we are performing a Feasibility Study for soil, waste and groundwater and are overseeing the Groundwater RI and Baseline Health Risk Assessment.

PNL assumes the position of Project Coordinator for the Cox Road Landfill site in Liberty County, TX. We are assisting the PRPs in their negotiations and planning with TCEQ.

December 2004
PNL is named the PRPs project coordinator for the BKK landfill closure and O&M work in West Covina, CA. We are assisting the PRPs in SOW negotiations and in the resource selection process for long-term site management.

January 2005
PNL opens an office in Pleasant Hill, CA in the San Francisco Bay area to serve our northern California clients, and work more closely with key alliance partners.

February 2005
Our WeMoveProperty business venture promotes a former refinery site in Michigan as a potential ethanol plant location at the National Ethanol Conference in Scottsdale, AZ.

March 2005
With construction almost complete at the WDI Superfund Site in Santa Fe Springs, CA, PNL is working on the completion report and planning for O&M.

PNL is assisting the Ascon Landfill site PRPs with interim actions plans, site surface water management during the heavy spring rains in Los Angeles, and completion of the site Feasibility Study.
