3D DATA IMMERSION

Project Navigator uses state-of-the-art data display and data temporal trend techniques to generate cost-effective project solutions. The project team can virtually enter the project site and data field to view spatial relationships and easily identify data gaps.

Case Study:

• Project Navigator performed a major data management and interpretation effort for an oil field waste disposal site. We were provided with a combination of electronic and paper formatted data comprising 10,000's of data points. PNL quickly converted the information into visually interpretable displays, using our GIS programs. The work was conducted quickly, and permitted the clients to rapidly compute impacted site volumes and forecast remedy costs.
• The program goal of the program was to provide the clients with a real-time data visualization tool that could be used in project meetings for planning purposes. 3D data immersion allowed data trends to be defined and thereby construct a site conceptual model.
